TESTIMONIALS
Case No. 50688
Stanley Mosk Courthouse / Los Angeles County
Federal judgment was against a professional debtor who routinely frauded others through real estate scams. When judgment was renewed, debtor immediately filed a no asset Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. CJR found the debtors hidden investment assets in an adjacent state. CJR successfully worked with the Bankruptcy Trustee to shield these hidden assets from bogus claims from family members.
In 2005, I had a 10-year old judgment that I could not enforce. My $125,000 loan to a very dishonest person turned out to be a nightmare for us. We spent nine years pursuing this judgment with investigators and attorneys to the point where all of them gave up, so when we contacted Bob, we actually were at our last resort.
I was very fortunate to have found Bob Smith and contacted him just prior to the 10 year expiration date. Bob took on the task which proved to be very difficult as the debtor filed bankruptcy as soon as he discovered the judgment had been renewed.
Bob was able to work closely with the bankruptcy trustee and convinced him to investigate the debtor's hidden assets, which Bob miraculously found. Bob also convinced the BK trustee to fight family members bogus claims to the assets he found. Bob's aggressive and tenacious attitude cleared all the bogus claims against the assets, which allowed us to get paid. We ended up getting in excess of $202,000.
Bob is a professional, trustworthy, and diligent man. He worked very hard and came across many obstacles in the 2 plus years working on our case. We felt that if the outcome wouldn't have been to our advantage, then at least, he gave it his all. Bob achieved something we thought would never happen. Thank you so much for your "never-give-up" attitude. Eli G. See Picture of the Payoff Checks !!
Case No. 01858
Inglewood Courthouse / Los Angeles County
Judgment was against landlord for failing to pay medical
expenses caused by substandard heating and plumbing facilities. Creditors gave
up in face of faked Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filings by debtor. CJR prevailed
in Claim of Exemption Hearing by disproving debtor’s claim of poverty.
We were definitely not expecting great news like this so quickly! Bob Smith is truly a man of his word! …Not only was it a pleasure doing business with him, it was just a pleasure to meet such a nice, caring, and honest person. He gave us closure to something that we never thought would happen. Saying thank you just doesn’t seem to express our gratitude… We would definitely seek Bob's help again and urge other's to do so as well! Deena L. and Cindy V.

Torrance Courthouse / Los Angeles County
Unlawful Detainer Judgment. Creditor gave up trying
to locate debtor due to multiple aliases. After prevailing in a Claim of Exemption
hearing, CJR pressured debtor to voluntarily repay balance of judgment
through monthly payments.
I appreciate Mr. Smith for pursuing the Debtor’s hidden assets and maintaining communications throughout the enforcement process and remitting payments regularly. I would recommend him to anyone having a delinquent renter. Sincerely, Ollie J.
Case No. 01603
Torrance Courthouse / Los Angeles County
Debtor used multiple aliases and Social Security Numbers
to avoid detection. When employer was located, debtor unsuccessfully attempted
to delay wage garnishment by threatening Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
I am very happy with the results achieved by
CJR. I had a judgment which I thought was unenforceable. It had been languishing
for years. CJR contacted me, vigorously pursued the debtor and forwarded
almost $10,000 to me. I could not have asked for more. As a retired California
Attorney, I truly appreciate the skill and commitment of this company.
Thank you. Carol C.
Case No. 76461
North County Courthouse / San Diego County
Debtor first used several fake Chapter 13 Bankruptcies
to delay creditor collection efforts. Debtor next used 20+ aliases and 5 social
security numbers to literally disappear. After CJR located debtor
in adjacent county, she quickly settled when spouse’s bank accounts were
hit.
Mr. Smith was very persistent in getting our money back from our debtor. …He would keep us informed about what was going on. This was a very tough case because of the debtor’s different aliases and social security numbers. Bob was able to …find where the debtor was living as well as locating her assets. We feel that Bob Smith did an admirable job. When he called to tell us he had collected the money from the debtor, our check came just a few days later. Sincerely, John and Cora H.

and social security numbers. CJR successfully motioned Court to change
Judgment to Debtor’s legal name. Debtor quickly settled under threat

I am truly grateful and appreciate your help. I thought I would never hear from you, but I assumed wrong. I am truly very happy and satisfied. Once again, thank you very very much. Sincerely, Juan G.
